Holy shit I love MNPII. This was available on the 300ZX in disgustingly small numbers, paint code LP2.
This must be aftermarket - I think II was offered on the R32/33 maybe, but the R34 got MNPIII.

LP2 was midnight purple 1, confusingly, available only on the Z32 and R33. The R34 got midnight purple 2 and 3 in very limited numbers.

Is that right? So the car you posted is MNPII, which is more of a brown than LP2 which is a solid purple?
I thought the car you posted was a bit browner than I remembered, but you never know with paint fade and aftermarket resprays.
